I am a gadget geek. That means that I don't have one device that I carry with me each day when I leave the house. That means that I have to select from a number of gadgets and electronic do-dads that I really do not need. I mean, afterall, nobody needs a watch that has a built in GPS receiver do they? I think it is cool to be able to plot where I have been during the day on a satellite map...yes I need help. Most dorks like me have things like Weezer ringtones on their phone, a PDA that they call their phone, a memory card bigger with more RAM than most people's computers and the ability to track weather in real time simply by reaching into their pocket. Clearly, this is not technology that anyone really needs, but it is certainly fun to have.
